Terms of service

1. Who provides the service
RouteToHuman is provided by Development Partners Software LLC (“DevPartners”, “we”). By using routetohuman.com, the RouteToHuman API, or the RouteToHuman MCP server, you agree to these terms.
2. The service, honestly stated
RouteToHuman routes messages from software — typically AI agents — to people: one-way notifications and alerts today, with two-way approvals planned. RouteToHuman is pre-launch: features may change or be withdrawn, and we offer no service-level agreement. The published rate limit is an application safety limit, not a throughput guarantee. A status of accepted means our email provider accepted the operation; it is not proof of inbox delivery.
3. API keys and accounts
API keys are organization-scoped, shown once at creation, and revocable. You are responsible for keeping keys confidential and for all use made with your keys. Tell us promptly at security@routetohuman.com if you believe a key is compromised; we can revoke it immediately.
4. Acceptable use
The service is for transactional messages to recipients you are entitled to contact. You must not use it for newsletters, marketing campaigns, or bulk mail; to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content; or to attempt to probe, overload, or circumvent the service’s security or rate limits. We may suspend or revoke access for use that breaks these rules or puts the service or its recipients at risk.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the messages you send and are responsible for their content and for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient. You grant us the limited right to process message content solely to deliver it and operate the service, as described in the privacy policy.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevPartners is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data; our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (which, pre-launch, may be nothing).
7. Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or these terms, and will post any changed terms on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply from the date they are posted.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Development Partners Software LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms: hello@routetohuman.com.
